Portal Customization
Make the feedback portal match your app’s look and feel. All customization is done in your dashboard — no code changes needed.
Accessing customization settings
Go to Project Settings → Portal
Brand identity
Logo
Upload your app icon or logo. Appears in the portal header.
- Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG
- Maximum size: 2MB
- Recommended: Square aspect ratio
Favicon
Browser tab icon for when users open the portal in a browser.
Colors

Use your app’s primary brand color for the primary color. This ensures buttons and interactive elements match your app.
Appearance
Corner radius
Controls the roundness of cards and buttons.
- Sharp — 0px radius
- Subtle — 4px radius
- Medium — 8px radius
- Rounded — 12px radius
Dark mode
Choose how the portal handles light/dark appearance.
- Light only — Always show light theme
- Dark only — Always show dark theme
- Follow system — Match user’s device preference

Branding
The “Powered by FeatKit” badge appears at the bottom of the portal.
On paid plans, you can hide the “Powered by FeatKit” badge for a fully white-labeled experience.
Preview
Changes appear in the live preview on the right side of the settings page.
Toggle between light and dark mode in the preview to verify both look correct before saving.
